Do you offer private lessons online?

Yes, we offer individual piano lessons from the age of 3.

What platforms do you use for online classes?

We work with Zoom. Each group gets their own link. In individual classes we provide one link per person.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once the first class becomes effective (from minute 0), it is no longer possible to cancel.

What do I do if I can't take the class at the assigned time?

Group classes cannot be rescheduled. Individual classes can be rescheduled as long as the student notifies 4 hours in advance minimum; otherwise, the student will lose that class. A rescheduled class cannot be rescheduled again.
